Peter Green

Chief Executive

Following an early career in banking, Peter moved to be Secretary and later Chief Executive of a mutual health insurer prior to joining the Society as Chief Executive in October 2006.

Peter has a Masters Degree in Business Management and has undertaken a number of voluntary roles in the community and charity sector over the years. 

He is married with two children.

Peter is responsible for all aspects of the Society including regulatory compliance, ensuring all its members are treated fairly and its future strategy.

Oliver Pike

Society Secretary

Oliver is a Chartered Accountant and joined the Society in June 2004 after a successful career in industry.

He is responsible for all aspects of the financial and risk management of the Society, corporate governance and ensuring that the Society is run for the benefit of members in accordance with its rulebook.

Oliver has 3 grown up children and is a keen squash player.

Hushna Choudhury

Head of Intermediary Sales

Hushna leads our team of Business Development Executives who are responsible for ensuring that our saving and investment products are available to Independent Financial Advisers who can use them to meet the needs of clients.

She is responsible for providing Financial Advisers with the training and support they need to recommend Healthy Investment with confidence.

Hushna has recently become a mother following the birth of her son Cian.

Mark Brennan

Administration Manager

Leading a team of administrators Mark ensures that the Society exceeds its published service standards and that all members receive an excellent service.

Mark joined the Society in February 2005 as an administrative assistant.

Mark is a keen football player and recently had the privilege of playing in a friendly match at Manchester City’s stadium. Mark has recently become a father to baby boy Max.

Phil Cust

Finance Manager

Phil is a graduate from Sheffield University and is currently preparing for his final accountancy examinations.

He is responsible for the preparation of all our management information and accounts as well as for calculating unit prices and analysing investment returns.

When not working or studying Phil is a keen footballer and gym member.
