Direct Debit arrears will be cleared by sending a cheque to the value of the outstanding premiums or by a Direct Debit collection requesting payment of all outstanding premiums.

Who is the legal owner of the Child policy?
The owner of the policy is the parent/guardian, even if the grandparent proposes, until the child's 16th birthday. The grandparent will be the proposer only.

No, we only accept business from clients who are UK resident.
My client is a grandparent who wishes to propose a Child Plan on behalf of their grandchild. Does the parent have to sign the application form, or will the grandparent's signature suffice?
Although the grandparent is the proposer of the policy and should sign as the person paying the premium on behalf of the child, the parent or legal guardian must sign the declaration on the proposal form.

Our tax exempt plans are strictly traditional with-profits.
