The Rechabite Friendly Society Limited was founded by a group of teetotallers in 1835 to enable people of like mind to provide for themselves in times of sickness or to cover funeral arrangements.

From these humble beginnings Healthy Investment has developed into one of the leading providers of with profits endowment savings products.

As a non-profit making registered friendly society, Healthy Investment is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Until July 2003, membership of the Society was exclusively for teetotallers but we have now opened our doors to those with a healthy lifestyle, which has resulted in significant increases in business particularly from the IFA channel.
