Our team is now setting up your policy and will send your documents in the post in the next few days.

Please check and sign the documents and return them together with your completed Direct Debit Mandate in the prepaid envelope provided. As soon as we receive them we will set your investment and collect the first premium by direct debit after giving you the required 14 days notice.

If you wish, the first premium can be made by cheque payable to Healthy Investment or by bank transfer quoting your name as reference to:
