The staff have been very friendly and really helpful. It was great just to phone a number and someone answer it straight away and give you proper advice without having to listen to an automated voice message for 20 minutes. They even responded to my email promptly. It’s a shame that my son has tto withdraw his ISA for University as I would happily stick with them. If our finances change in the future I would definitely use and recommend.

I contacted Healthy Investments by email on finding the paperwork in the deceased possession, to notify them of the death. I didn’t hear back for sometime and tried again via email. The team tried to send over the necessary forms via email but again seemed to fail, but the team were quick to reply and offered to send hardcopies through the post. They came within days. I filled them out, scanned them and was able to then submit them through an email, which was confirmed as acceptable. So all in all a swift and easy process.
I corresponded via email and on all occasions received fast responses. A few problems occurred through Royal Mail but I was given immediate help from Jerrol to rectify the situation satisfactorily. Thank you very much Jerrol for the way you dealt with my enquiry.

Wasn’t aware until today that there is no online portal facility to check investment performance throughout the year. Current valuations only possible by either Chat requests or perhaps over the telephone.

Fantastic company not 1 problem transferred a CTF took just 1 month, they already have an account with another child of mine so it was a no brainer everything was stress free so simple no hassle including a name change that was done the same day! id been trying to do this for 15years with a previous company who held the CTF originally but it was never simple and extremely stressful to try and speak to someone so glad i was able to transfer to healthy investments it was smooth sailing from day 1, each and every person ive spoken to or emailed have been so helpful and polite.
