My experience with healthy investments has been amazing. They were very quick with providing all the information I needed about my child trust fund, what has been done with it, where it has been, what to do with it etc. After requesting to gain access to account and after receiving my letter I had access to the account the same day. A few months after, I decided to take the money out and the website is easy to navigate and was quick to fill out and had email confirmation explaining the process. I can see healthy investments take a lot of precautions with people being bribed and or bullied into taking their money out which can very reassuring for people. Not even 24 hours later I get an email confirmation saying I will have my money in 3-5 business days which is a lot faster than other companies I have heard of. Nothing bus a swift and reliable process!!

I have saved with yourselves for all 3 of my children as a surprise for their 18th Birthdays. Paid my monthly premiums and close to each one turning 18 I withdrew them direct into their child ISA accounts ready for their 18th Birthday which they were pleasantly surprised with. Just cashed in my last one as the term was up, its for my 3rd child turning 18 after Christmas and again will be going straight into his child ISA in a few days. Nearer Christmas I will go in and request a bank statement of his child ISA and pop it in his birthday card like I did the other 2. I know he will be pleasantly surprised as he has no idea we have these savings for him.

This was such a nice and easy experience for me to unlock my trust fund.
Initially there were a few hiccups like misaligned information (wrong address listed in the system) but this was so easy to fix by just sending proof of the updated address – however I must note that it was slightly difficult for me to send an email through the actual use of an email as it kept coming up as a spam error while trying to send the message – even when healthy investment tried sending me an email directly – but this was easily sorted by using the online chat forum which made communication easy.
After sorting through these, I could easily follow the withdrawal procedures to unlock my money.
It was a speedy process 1-5 working days is equivalent to around 2 days amazing service able to call whenever you feel like and super quick answer.

I contacted Healthy Investments by email on finding the paperwork in the deceased possession, to notify them of the death. I didn’t hear back for sometime and tried again via email. The team tried to send over the necessary forms via email but again seemed to fail, but the team were quick to reply and offered to send hardcopies through the post. They came within days. I filled them out, scanned them and was able to then submit them through an email, which was confirmed as acceptable. So all in all a swift and easy process.
I corresponded via email and on all occasions received fast responses. A few problems occurred through Royal Mail but I was given immediate help from Jerrol to rectify the situation satisfactorily. Thank you very much Jerrol for the way you dealt with my enquiry.
