jerrol ainsworth - Membership Development Co-ordinator

Jerrol Ainsworth

With nearly 10 years’ experience at Healthy Investment Jerrol leads our membership team. He is responsible for ensuring members’ investments are administered professionally and efficiently and that his team is able to deal with enquiries from members and financial advisers knowledgeably.

Jerrol holds CF1 and RO1 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics qualifications, studied through the Chartered Insurance Institute.

khadija ahmed - Policy Administrator

Khadija Ahmed

Khadija supports our membership and administration teams to ensure that members' enquiries are followed up and dealt with quickly. She is able to answer all our members' questions about our ISAs, Junior ISAs, Investment Bonds and Savings Plans.

Khadija has recently attained the Chartered Insurance Institute's CF1 Certificate in Financial Services Regulation and Ethics.

Holly Baker Claims Coordinator

Holly Baker

Holly works across our administration and finance teams taking a lead on claims and withdrawals, including maturities, transfers and death claims. She is responsible for ensuring investors can access their funds quickly and efficiently.

Holly deals with members, solicitors and relatives to ensure a professional and sympathetic service.

sam williams - Business Development Executive

Sam Williams

Sam is the first point of contact for all financial advisers who recommend our products to their clients.

During his time at Healthy Investment, Sam has attained the CF1 and RO1 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics units and has recently attained the RO5 Financial Protection unit of the Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma.

Ella Bailey Administraion Assistant

Ella Bailey

Ella is the newest member of the team who has joined us through the apprenticeship scheme to help support our membership and administration teams.

Having previously worked in retail Ella understands what makes good customer service and will be dealing with a wide range of membership and policy enquires.

Ella is currently studying for her apprenticeship administration qualification through Bury College before commencing her professional financial services examinations.

Justine Morrissey

Justine is a qualified actuary with over 25 years' experience of working in the mutual financial services sector.

During the pandemic Justine volunteered with the Faculty and Institute of Actuaries to help life insurers understand the implications of Covid-19.

As well as having responsibility for our finance team Justine works closely with our outsourced investment managers.

phil cust - Finance & Administration Manager

Phil Cust

Phil has been with the Society for 14 years and is a graduate from Sheffield University obtaining a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management, as well as being CIMA part qualified and busy studying for his final exams.

Phil leads the finance department who are responsible for preparing all of our management information and accounts, looking after Members' funds and the day to day finances that help grow the Society and the returns for its Members. Phil is also responsible for Solvency II reporting and other regulatory returns.

ashleigh mitchell - Finance & Administration Manager

Bilal Hussain

Bilal is our Management Accountant. After graduating from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in Accounting and Economics, Bilal has gained a wide range of experience in industry.

Bilal is responsible for the preparation of monthly management information, treasury management and upkeep of the purchase ledger. He also looks after the accounting for our funds under management.

He's nearing the completion of his ACCA qualification and well on his way to being Chartered.

david latham - Finance Administrator

David Latham

David supports our finance team and is responsible for processing new business, claims, CTF transfers and managing direct debits.

David has attained the Chartered Insurance Institues CF1 qualification in Financial Services Regulation and Ethics and has recently passed the FA1 Certificate in Life Office Administration.

Sanjay Mandla

Sanjay is an experienced compliance and anti-money laundering manager. Throughout his career he has worked with a number of financial services firms in senior leadership roles.

As an ethical provider compliance with regulatory rules is a priority and Sanjay's responsibilities include driving continuous improvement to our systems and controls.

Kate Mason

Kate is the latest member to join our Finance Team where she will be responsible for all of our purchasing invoices, the collection of premiums and for producing membership and finance reports.

She is currently studying towards her Association of Accounting Technician exams and is keen to grow her knowledge of investment accounting.

peter green - Chief Executive

Peter Green

Following an early career in banking Peter was Secretary and later Chief Executive of a mutual health insurer before joining us as our Chief Executive in 2006. He’s responsible for all aspects of the Society including regulatory compliance, making sure our members are treated fairly and our future strategy. He has a Masters Degree in Business Management.

He plays an active voluntary role in the community and has contributed to the charitable sector over the years. He’s married with two children.

Judy Mellor Membership Development Coordinator

Judy Mellor

Judy is our dedicated Membership Development Coordinator. She is responsible for answering all of our member’s enquiries as well as explaining our savings and investment products to new members. Judy has a deep knowledge of our products and lots of experience of working in customer facing roles.

When she’s not working she has a passion for motorbikes.
