Please check and sign the documents and return them in the prepaid envelope provided. We will then contact your current CTF provider, arrange the transfer and confirm when it has been completed.

If you wish make additional investments to your child’s CTF, our online Top-up process is the simplest way for one off contributions. Alternatively investments can be made by cheque payable to Healthy Investment, or via bank transfer quoting your name as reference to:-
