Talk to us
We’re a mutual, friendly society, which means we're run solely for the benefit of you, our members.
So, your views really do matter - after all, this is your society. We need you to tell us what you think - good or bad - about our service, our products and our website. And if you have any memories of the Society that you’d like to share, then please get in touch.
Tell us the good things
We’d love to hear more about how saving with us has made a difference in your life – maybe we’ve helped you save for something special, or to realise a dream.
We also want to hear if you’ve received exceptional service from us, or been impressed by the return you saw on one of our products.
Share your memories of the Society
We’ve been around for over 175 years so there are lots of stories to tell and memories to share. Maybe you joined us for one of the Rechabite conferences or were involved in regional or even local tent meetings – or perhaps you used to work for us either at Head Office or one of the regional offices. If so, we’d love to hear from you!
How can we improve our service or website
We’re a mutual organisation – which means you always have a say on how we can improve our service for you. So, if you’ve got any comments or suggestions then please, just let us know.
Ask us a question
We know that finances can be complex, so if you have any questions relating to your policy or investment then just let us know via our feedback form. We’ll always do our best to answer by the end of the next working day.
Remember however that we can’t give advice on the suitability of an investment for your personal circumstances - if you want this then speak to a financial adviser.
Feel free to make a complaint if you are not satisfied
Of course, sometimes things don’t always go to plan. But when this happens we’re really keen to make sure we do everything we can to learn from it – and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
We have a formal complaints procedure which explains what to do if you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your Society.
Join our member's panel
We’re run by and for you, our members – so your views and opinions shape how we do things. That’s why we’re working really hard to develop a panel of members who we can talk to on a regular basis, to hear your thoughts on all sorts of issues.
If you join our member's panel we’ll write or email occasionally with simple questionnaires or ask for your comments on new literature. If you’d like to be involved, please use the feedback form to let us know.
