Secure Online Voting

Voting online is simple and secure. It will only take a few minutes.

All you need is your postcode and the unique reference number which appears on your voting card.

As a mutual friendly society, owned by and run for the sole benefit of members, voting is important.

From every vote made we’ll make a donation to our charity of the year (£1 for each online vote and 50p for each postal vote).

By completing this form you are confirming that you wish to appoint the Chair of the meeting to act as your proxy and you instruct them to vote as detailed below.

If you leave one or more of the resolutions blank the Chair will vote as they feel appropriate.

Please note if you abstain from a vote or instruct the Chair to abstain your vote will not be counted in the calculation of the proportion of votes for or against a resolution.

If you wish to appoint a proxy, other than the Chair to vote on your behalf please complete the voting card in your AGM pack and return it to this office.

1. To receive the Directors Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024.
2. To receive the Auditor’s Report.
3. To receive and vote upon the Remuneration Report of the Directors for the year ended 31 December 2024.
4. To reappoint Royce Peeling Green Limited as external auditors.

5. To re-elect the following as Directors.
