Nothing to fault at all. The replies to my emails were generally quite quick and answered any queries I had. Had a slight delay as I sent a hand signed form, but was told that digital signatures were not accepted, however this was reviewed and resolved with no issues

The withdrawal process was much easier than expected and the one to one communication with a real person was a nice surprise and made everything really easy.
