I had a few questions along the way including bank statements and even down to how to get a photo onto a PDF,
the woman I spoke to was very helpful and patient and didn’t make me feel like I was being rushed or that I was wasting her time, she explained everything very clearly and made me feel loads more confident in filling out the form, so customer service is well up there and definitely deserved 5 stars, even down to contacting them I wasn’t waiting on hold for 15 mins, I called them and got an answer straight away so really do think that the 5 stars is deserved.
